I don't really see much value here, it's short, very nichey, would not expect much traffic for the domain. Unless I'm older than I'd like to admit, I don't think this is a cutting edge, up and coming slang term.

I also don't see any real comparable sales to mention.

Reg fee unless you happen to hit a sweet spot with some development

I wanna like it but there's just not enough data to justify it

Sorry Tony, I have been listening to hip hop for many years and have never heard the term "ice rap". Still, I live in Australia so am not an authority on slang.
And it doesn't seem to actually be defined in Urban Dictionary.
