domain 2 "MobileAccess" domains

Hello All!

Two fresh pick ups that I think/hope are worth something.

MobileAccess.org (my first .org domain)
MobileAccessPoint.com

I checked and "MobileAccess" is a dead trademark now, so that is good for me, I suppose.

"mobile access" (WITH quotes) yields over 2.3 million Google search results
"mobile access" (WITHOUT quotes) yields over 91 million Google Search results
"mobile access point" (WITHOUT quotes) yields over 32 million Google Search results

Would appreciate some appraisals...it is unlikely that I will develop these, but will be looking to sell.

This is a solid keyword phrase with all other major TLDs being taken.

The phrase 'Mobile Access' has about 2,900 monthly searches with a cpc of $3.88

Good Faith Estimate: ($3.88 x 2900 x .010)

$112.50

I would develop it and sell it to the owners of the .com version.

Thanks lexisdomains! I am definitely going to approach MobileAccess.com owners about the availability...but maybe I will talk to the .net (parked) owner to see if they have approached the .com as well.

With the Google Keyword Tool I believe that it is "mobile access point" that has 2900 searches and "mobile access" has over 60,000 per month.

Any other thoughts on these domains?
