My first thought was the old video rentals where the guy says Coming to Video soon etc...when i read the domain so perhaps a Coming Soon type website or products etc.

Undeveloped low$xx

Developed Low-Mid $xxx

But thats my feelings either way I like the domain and would develop it nicely.
