usually expired domain people buy for SEO, for taking backlink authority .

I think this situation happens rarely. Means for brand able and exactly matched keywords related domain. Can you tell me another situation

okay man but this is indian government expired domain, which means google think that this is govt website, and this domain has backlink from another govt site , also reffering domain comes from wikipedia and another reputated site, and none of these person work on this domain this is availbale to buy without any bidding. i am ever searching for govt expired domain , which can be used by digital marketer and blogger who is doing work on mass level and take advantage of this type domain for higher and bettter ranking in just 2 days . so may be begginer blogger might be buy this type domain from me.
