While browsing the forums i see when you make a thread it says "pay 50Np for highlight", if people wanted to make it more attractive for people to come i think that there shold be where they can pay 50Np-100Np for to move the thread(s) up a space or top is they wanted to attract people.
the 2nd suggestion: As i see some forums are closed, i think its right for the owner of thread to closed their threads sometimes, because maybe they created an offer they ended and did not care much about any more post since it was ended.
