Or why not make it an opposite-use with tongue-in-cheek, develop as a site on how NOT to foul something up... including life? Make into a positive, lemon out of lemonade-thing. This is a play on the opposites hidden within the name:
foul = to take something down, louse it
up = to raise it back up

Hard call. Nice to park it awhile at Sedo or elsewhere, try different optimizing keywords to find out what others will have in mind when visiting it.
Personally I'd start it optimized with the funny/extreme vidclips that are saturating e-waves these days. If no clicks, I'd try keywords placing government or celebrity scandals to test those click possibles.
