A few months ago I sold GVTA.COM for $5000
I accidentally opened this domain name today,
Turns out it was purchased by the terminal,
Is the price low or high?

I don't know how many,
I think it's about 500 plus,
Domain names always sell fast,
And then I bought a lot of them,
There have been a lot of good offers for domain names,
But I still didn't sell it,
Because it's not what I expected,
Like CNBG.COM,
Received an offer of $7,000 for the first two months,
But I replied to someone with a bid of 50,000,
It didn't work out

Agreed. It is a fair end user price. Quite few other companies could have used it to upgrade.

thank you
But this is just a generic domain name,
If it's not because I like it,
I don't think so

If I just look at the domain name itself,
I think it's a normal domain name,

Not all 4 Letter names are born the same ) I have been investing into 4Ls for few years and have developed a feel already which ones are more likely to sell for mid 4 figures to low 5 figures. While, others are hard sell even at low xxx.

Yes,
In addition to the mass of the domain itself,
Sometimes luck is important, too.
There are domains that you can hold for years that you can't sell for a lot of money,
But as soon as you sell it,
It won't be long before someone else sells it for more

VT is a famous word for virtual terminal .. it depends which company bought it and reputation.

Virtual terminal is getting popular among payment processing it could be bitcoin-related or credit card processing for merchants etc, usually they are running a payment gateway, and them most likely to have it easy for users.

It looks like a normal 4L.COM domain name,
I was trying to sell it on NP,
No one bid more than $200,
Basically the bid is around 100

@Mytz.com there is no way to find out what makes something for person, a name is normal .. let say

ttee .. sounds normal and hard to sell, but someone starts a company or a product lets say:

trip tonic electric engine : ttee than he will try to buy if it's a reasonable price .. but if the price is very high he go with ttees: trip tonic electric engine services for $10

so have to becareful sometimes domains keep sitting for many years and no sales and sometime they are gone fast ..

I'm quite satisfied with the price.
I bought it in 2015 for about $200,
The return over the years is still good,
Of course there are opportunities to continue chasing high prices,
But it could also cause the buyer to give up the domain name,
They might choose another domain name,
My recent DNBG.COM is an example,
There's a big gap between my offer and the buyer's.
So it didn't work out,
Then they changed their domain names

ahhhh. well good for them. They look like a startup so I guess they might have overpaid above their budget in which case as always in domaining you always have to "feel the room" or in this case the buyer. never let a buyer walk when you've got a bite.

As far as I can tell the new owners don't have deep pockets. So seller had choice. get greedy and wait for a whale? and lose the tiny fish on the hook?

or reel in the tiny fish.

Money today is always better than money "tomorrow never comes".

and is that @gilescoley seriously winking at me? lol :wideyed:(y)
