When I made my very first purchase with GoDaddy a little while back I received a phone call the next day on my cell phone congratulating me on my purchase. At first I thought it was a joke but after I thought about it more I was like...wow a very prominent business just called me to say thank you for my $9.20 purchase. Now that is excellent customer service IMO and that is probably why they are on the top of the domain registrar world.

Did you receive the same treatment? Your thoughts?

I didn't get a call, but their customer service dept. was very helpful when I had a Paypal problem getting started. So far my site hasn't had any downtime that I've seen, so I'm happy with Godaddy. Sure can't beat that price.

Man i would hate it if someone called me, as im only 13 and my parents would kill me if people started calling me LOL. WEll, personally I would have gone for a enom reseller :D. I like enom better lol

eNom has won the award for Best Reseller Registrar the last four years consecutively and they definately deserve it. Their API and services offered are excellent for my purposes.

This is somewhat off topic, but I would be interested in hearing what you don't like about eNom's reseller program sometime.

I have seen my share of people that preferred other programs, but in all my years I've never heard anybody say that eNom's program "sucks". This is a real surprise to me, and I'm also interested to hear some specific reasons for that statement.

What is wrong with it? I don't see anything wrong with it :talk: . Plus, it is more what the reseller DOES with it, rather than enom. Enom I have found to have the most reliability........

WHat I need in a reseller agreement at present is exactly what Godaddy /WWD offers . A Private labeled Turnkey Site ready to go with good pricing . I don't have the time or Patience to Use a eNom style API or PDQ Site. Plus eNom's Pricing structure is very High unless the volume is large.

Plus the range of products /Services eNom offers no way compares with the large range GD Offers . I don't want to sell just Names.

That is the type of thoroughly researched and informative answer that someone who must grow,manufacture and produce everything they use would say.
Everybody at some stage ,unless they are on a desert island ,use resellers, whether it is a car dealer , grocery store or landlord .Everyone uses resellers.a reseller is only someone who buys at w'sale and sells at retail. In the domain name business only Resellers or registrars can sell registration of domain names. If you have the 100's thousands of dollars to become a registrar ,great otherwise a reseller agreement is the only choice.
