I am seeking for a sponsor for my latest project: A fully featured programmer site with step-by-step tutorials for software and web programmers , and a discussions forum. Ivestments in the project are between $100-$1000 (to your preferences) , and you will gain a percentage of the montly revenue according to your investment.
- Project Description
The project is a programmer site with resourcess for software developers and webmasters. It will also include a vbulletin forum with a nice skin, the domain i piked up is a great one (not sharing because it`s not yet regged) and the layout will be buisness styled. The site will gain some revenue from premium services as paid posting , premium membership (there will also be a free one , but it will only allow you to download only scripts below a degree of complexity , and only 5 scripts a day) and ad space. At first there won`t be any premium membership , it will be added when we will have some good popularity.

Money to invest: $100
Percentage of montly revenue: 5% for one year
Bonus: none
Plan 2:
Money to invest: $300
Percentage of montly revenue: 15% for one year
Bonus: Free premium membership
Plan 3:
Money to invest: $500
Percentage of revenue: 25%
Bonus: Free premium membership , free paid posting plan 1
Plan 4:
Money to invest: $1000
Percentage of revenue: 50%
Bonus: Free premium membership , free paid posting plan 2 or Free adspace
- Money Usage
I will use the money for the domain name , hosting , vbulletin and the rest for advertising the site.
This is only aproximatively the usage for the money but whatever i decide i will use the money on , sponsors will be notified via email.

This are the premium services the site will offer:
a) Paid Posting
The plans for paid posting are:
Plan 1 - 25 posts for $7
Plan 2 - 80 posts for $20
Plan 3 - 200 posts for $50
Plan 4 - 500 posts for $125
b) Premium Membership
Premium membership will give users the possibility to download all the
scripts on the site with unlimited downloads per day.
Prices:
30 days - $5
90 days - $12 ($4 per month)
180 days - $21.60 ($3.60 a month)
360 days - $38.40 ($3.20 per month)
c) Advertising Space
This will be a service from our site so that individuals will place their ads on
the site for a montly price. Price will be determined by the traffic we have.
Note: This does not include google ads that will be also placed on the site.
