directory requires you to submit exact URL to your plan details when
submitting a plan.
Hosts can signup for free account and list their plans, along with free
membership; Hosts can upgrade their account to premium membership which
will include their banner in recommended hosts section.
Premium membership will NOT have effect on order of hosts shown to end
user to keep the directory as un-biased as possible. Linking back to
directory is NOT required but free membership will be awarded to some
of the hosts that link back to directory.
