I recently bought one dropped .com domain with intention to flip it to the local end user in my country (I think that can get low xxx EUR for that domain from them). I like that domain name and after searching for it in Google I found out that there is work in progress for one big real estate project in a Florida based city. This project will be finished in spring 2008. There will be 3 or 4 big hotels, few restaurants, bank and lot of office space, stores and apartments.
The domain has two words, nine (9) letters, there is no archive.org history, and name is not trademarked. I don’t know does it have some traffic, because it is parked now with registrar landing page. As I wrote, this project will be finished this year and this is the best time for selling it.
So, I need a domain broker for my domain. I need domainer with next capabilities:
- USA citizen, at least 21 year old
- to speak fluent English and to write grammatically correct English
- to have experience in domain brokerage and to know domain market well (advantage is if know real-estate market too). I don’t need person who will write few e-mails, I need someone who knows more techniques in selling domains
- to have clean and honorable reputation here on NPs (no first time posters)
- to love money more then me (this is a tough quest
)

I don’t need appraisal for this domain, because I already have price in my mind (I want 10.000 - 100.000 USD depending of end-user plus 20-25% of domain sale price for domain broker plus possible additional costs if there are any). If you can get better price for domain, then you will get better bonus. If I don’t get wanted price, I’ll rather sell this domain for low xxx EUR to the cool folks in my local community, because low xxx EUR is almost half monthly salary for them...or I’ll just keep domain for myself.
