I am looking to get some forums up and running, but I have been a bit busy lately. I have the vBulletin license, I paid a designer for a custom skin (he hasn't started it yet), and the hosting. I could get the domain, if you don't already have one. The hosting is a VPS account, and the designer will make a unique skin that goes with the theme. I had a few ideas for forums, but they aren't that great.
My plan to get things going is to find someone who wants to run vBulletin forums. You would pretty much be in charge of everything. Hire a staff and get it up and running. I know how to program, so I could do that kind of stuff, but for the most part, it's all up to you. If you aren't actively participating or trying at all, the deal is off.
