I need support from Namejet

How can i contact with support? It looks like impossible to reach to ticket system on namejet or am i just too dumb to find where it is...

Click Help Center right above where it says "welcome so and so"
Then click launch the support center right in the big box at top of page.
Then hit submit a ticket (second tab)

Thank you for trying to help me but there is no submit ticket button. There is just faq on there and a search engine which is directing to faqs again.

You have an account, correct? Meaning you are logged in? They do have a support number as well: 1 (425) 974-4687

Since i am not a native speaker i prefer mailing, but if @NameJetGM wont approach then i will go with phone call i guess.
