I need reviews for my business concept ITS.Asia

Back in the early days when Dot Asia first came out it was massively advertised by registrar offering the extension like any other extension. However I found out that domain marketplace auction sites would not even bother with the extension several months after landrush and auctions.

So I decided why not set up a site to offer the services that these big giant companies wont (sedo, aftermarket, etc.,) So In August with the name ITS.Asia I decided to buy softwares, pay programmers, writers etc., I gave up after frustrations running into problems every time. Today the market is no different, Dot Asia is not accepted into the main stream, there's no market supporting it either. So I decided to return to that concept and offer the market where there's not been.

Still running into problems today, cost of programming, cost of writings, layouts, time, etc., lots of editing to get where it is today and some visibility. Suddenly the sites keep going down...I can't even log into the ftp or main account for cpanel.

My strategy is to offer a market dot Business, and Tech talk integrated into domain development. With more emphasis on Business and Tech talk and offering more of those contents. However, at this stage I am thinking of writing PR presses for releases to get to mainstream search engine and building real article contents about business and technology on the site.

I run into two problems I cant get pass at this stage.

1) Does anyone know what's going on with my hosting services, site doesn't have that much visitor but its down a few time. This past week about 500 pages access per day or about 1,000+ hits/day. Not including unknown and bots. I dont think that is alot...My bandwidth is 90% full not used for the month.

2)I need ideas to go on. Mine was building content and making PR releases.

Good and professional website design! All website blocks are located at the website correctly! However an empty space under New Users block doesn't suit website well! It is better to redesign Search and Browse blocks! Also work on Recently Listed Auctions, Popular Auctions and Ending Soon blocks to make them more cleear for users! But in general, website looks good!

You do not seem to have strayed too far from the default template for the script. I dont see the domain name fitting with the intended audience. The Logo also seems to be breaking out of the navigation menu.

I am not a developer that's why I can't really make changes to template. Cost money and time. I am learning PHP now and relearning HTML, trying to figure out where files are located on servers etc.,

As for the fit of the intended audience. You are right, it needs to be on the more high end technology and news site. I just do not have the resources at the moment. At the moment I am working to build content, and build a momentum to get traffic, once I am done with Programming I am sure I could shore it up a bit.

What do you suggest I could do and what comes to your mind with the domain name and intended audience?

As we are speaking a lot of great domain names in the Dot Asia extension are non developed. And one of my goal now is to bring some visibility to the extension.
Which is working I think.

IMO, the domain is better suited for a comprehensive travel website. It will fill the domain beautifully. You have a Tagline right there in your domain - "It's ASIA!"

This would require a complete redesign on your part.

that's what I was thinking too...back and forth. It could go really go in 3 ways. So perfect, yet so little resources to do everything...

Technology, Asia Traveling, or Dot Asia portal (Currently).

Maybe I do not have to redesign maybe have the Travel stuff on home page, and then auction on the auction page itself, and then Dot Asia portal community like it is.........

How much resources/time/$ do you think can accomplish this?
I could make it a super comprehensive site.....but I am not sure when I get there. Maybe next week add something travel on the front page, and have the auction stuff behind.

Ideas?

Slow and Steady, you do not have put everything up right away. I prefer putting up good content websites than minisites/ ones with just a few articles.

I take my time developing my domains. That may not be the best option, but it works for me.
If you want it easy,Go with Wordpress/Drupal as a CMS and buy a autoblogging plugin to content content.

Thanks for the review holeinone. I enjoyed it. However I have found my niche. Instead of offering travel/tourism site at the moment. I am thinking of something else and is in it for the long run.

I believe I have found my niche in offering tech solutions to small businesses and in the future would be partnering with developers and programmers to offer tech business solutions.
