I need my logo converted

bah, i have a logo in jpg format and i want someone to convert it into vector format. i would like a few. with text, without text, different sizes, greyscale, etc. white background, transparent background, black background, etc.

since this is a new logo, it does not have to be 100% exact.

colors need to stay close and gradients/outlines need to stay

font is "beware".

will pay paypal next wednesday, so be done by then if possible
