Graphics and Flash help

Need my logo set to have a transparent background. Right now I can only use them on a white background and need to use them on various colors of background.

Also need someone to make flash file changes from a templatemonster file.

Paypal or NP$.......Need logo stuff ASAP and I have jpg and PDF versions. Might be nice to have the layers seperated if they are layered, etc
