I need help!

I want to develope a website where people can have e-mail and a profile page. I have the domain name already (who.im). I want to give people, (mostly my friends for now) a chance to have a cool e-mail address i.e. [email protected] plus a page of their own i.e. who.im/me.

Unfortunately, all I know is html so a site like this is beyond my current abilities.

Are there any prepackaged sites out there, that I could have up and running in a few days? I looked at homestead, but it would not work with them.

Any suggestions? I've been wanting to get this site up and now I've got the time.

There really aren't any scripts that would be able to do this for you out of the box - if you want to provide this sort of service your best solution would be to either make the pages and the email accounts, or to get a script custom-coded for your site.
