I have a buyer for a domain who has paid for it at Payoneer. Thanks to @promo for all the help he has given to bring it to this stage.
I gave the authcode or epp to buyer who has been able to initiate the transfer from Namecheap where the domain name is to their Godaddy account. Godaddy sent a notification by email stating that they have sent me an email to approve.

i HAVE NOT received any of such email since 2 days now that they initiated the transfer. I have called customer care, explained everything and requested for another email to be sent so that I can approve the transfer but nothing has been done. When I explain, they tell me that they understand what I am saying but they do nothing about it. I have called twice and chatted once. Nobody is doing anything about.
Please tag any Godaddy rep that can help me out here because this is beyond me.
