And promote all sorts of fun ideas and products to make life better....

Not necessarily, different people will interpret it in different ways. For example, if you're a gangster it might sound like 'cool with life', whereas if you're frightfully posh it might mean you've had enough of it and want to end life...

Personally, I would suggest a humorous website for depressed people, not sure what exactly to do but maybe have a combination of pictures, videos and articles related to depression, suicide etc that would cheer people up by making light of depression etc?
