It might fetch for mid $xx to high $xx since people always want to know about movies they want to watch or buy IMO. If you develop the site you might get a higher return.

perhaps an end user interested in creating an informational movie website would pay more. But its worded backwards to make a solid movie information site. I'd give you an estimate on its worth but I haven't been around long enough to do so.
