I need advice

so here is the thing
im new at this and i own a couple of domains
so i was wondering if i should sell them and if i do that how can i sell them and where
i dont know practically nothing of programing so work on the sites is not an option
and anther question is can i just buy and sell domains and still make profits?

You do not need to know about programming to develop a site there are lots of good applications that allow people to create a site in minutes with no technical knowledge for example Weebly. But there is an investment to do obviously and you need to pay a hosting service you must have about $60-100 per year to a basic site development and mostly you need TIME a great deal of time to develop a site.
I do not think you will do a living with only a couple domains unless they are good enough to command a premium and allow you a tidy capital to continue investing in domains.
Not all your domains will sell fast and perhaps some domains will never sell so your best option is not to leave your current job/employment and test waters before embarking in living solely selling domains.
I keep my job and try to sell domains but I also have 4 development projects running right now. The process is slow, very very slow, but if you have the patience it takes you could be soon or later embarking in a domaining career and making a living only with your knowledge about the domain business. A domain sells if there is any value associated with it in the eyes of someone who wants to buy it. For example IvanovicSeo.com will be valuable for you but a John Doe may not care for it at all or see any value for himself. Some domain names are obviously valuable like websiteseo.com whereas the value of some domains may not be obvious or they may actually not have any value.

I think you get the idea and so you can make profits buying and selling domians, if you know how to do it. Plenty of threads in this forum, just do a search for them.

You don't need to know programming at all. Again, do a search for "how to build a website" on Google and YouTube and you will get all the info you need.
