You can start with any budget you feel comfortable with, however the amount might influence the number of responses you get.

I don't do development myself, but perhaps some of the members here can help you get an idea about the approximate cost of what you are asking for.

Any members out there that can help this new member out?

I'll keep my eye on this thread hopefully we'll see what we can get started.
