I need a PC rental application asap

I need a pc rental solution quick. I have been renting many computers out in my local comunity. Some are strictly rentals, and others are rent to own. I need some sort of application that will allow me to auto lock machines when a customer is past due on a payment. If anyone here a np has any ideas at all, please help me.

I really doubt there is a solution to this, The user could format the hard drive and wipe anything that could lock it

In Novel there is a utility to make a password automatically time out after a set period of time.
Does WinXP have anything build in that does this?
