I need a logo in exchange for a domain

I will trade the domain www.toad.ws (sorry,its all i can give...ok,ok i know its crap )
The logo must be similar to the logo at www.garff.com and come in fireworks .png format so i can edit the text,font etc

Looks like he has very very bad feedback in his TR.. I would be cautious about doing a logo for him.
