I recently had a cool idea and one that I know will work and drive some money into your pockets too!
I'm going to telemarket/make appointments/then sell website designs to local business'. The potential here is huge and I already have 2 jobs to develope a sporting carnival promo site and another for a pub. If the pub works out there's many more to come. And this is all without even calling yet!
What I need are proffessional designers who have already developed good looking sites. Even if they're template driven I don't give a rats ass! Just make it look good and make it work.
Some jobs will vary from basic pamphlet/brochure type styles and then there's sites where customer's need to register and verify weekly input. Not that hard either. Then there's eShop's where more detail and knowledge is required.
All SEO advice is taken care of by iNeedHits and I think no-one beats them for proffessional advice. All hosting will also be taken care of through my site.
If you fit the category then let me know because I'll be starting for real in a month. I need everyone on board now so that I know what I'm looking at.
I'm willing to pay $50-$150-$350 depending on the job. And there will be regular work!

The more the merrier... if you can handle up to 5 jobs per week then you better get in touch because within 6 months I expect this bisuness venture to explode.
