And they registered a lot .mobi domains like vPay.mobi, ePay.mobi and PayMe.mobi (also read more on dotmobiz )

This is also great news for hanogl, who is the 'lucky' owner of the beauties PAY.mobi and PrePay.mobi... Hope for him Visa wil do something with ePay or vPay...

Its a fact of life that at some point in the future we will be able to make a payment transaction with a mobile device. Because of this I regged pymt.mobi (short for payment)

.mobi is truely here to stay... one of the world's most powerful company talking with the .mobi consortium and owning .mobi names which I'm sure will be developed soon enough is the best news for this young extension that's come out.

That said, I just had to go and pick up WePay.mobi and added another year to my vPay.us and WifiCash.com. Who knows??? :blink:

IMO MLTd is planing everything brilliantly and not getting greedy, almost like there planning a great attack on some foreign ground, and having there allies with them.

Although this is great news I don't think we should go overboard with excitement. Just how one person should invest in multiple things and spread their assets, Visa is doing the same thing. They are covering all grounds for mobile devices investing in mobile software groups, new rfid and barcode technologies, and mobi.

This is amazing and great to hear but this doesn't automatically guarantee mobi success. It does defintiely help make the extension stronger though.
