The For Sale domains in your siggie support my assertion that your really don't understand domaining. I would take some time, ask questions, and understand what type of domains are most likely to rank well in search engines and garner interest from end users.

Just because it sounds cool, doesn't mean it should be regged or developed.

"SpryClick.com, SpryClicks.com (Ads Domain). / CashHash.com, TradeGist.com, FundEye.com (Business Domains). / CodingCore.com (Programming Or Web Services). / HayPlay.com (Gaming Domain). / GongRing.com (Music & Ring Tones). "

As someone who develops internet businesses for a living. If your business plan is to build a ring tone site and then hope people come to your site forget about it.

One of my friends, who is a marketing manager, ran the SEM campaign for a major ringtone company. Their annual budget was $5,000,000 a year to drive traffic to their sites. It is a very, very competitive business.

SEM - you need millions
SEO - you need to wait a long time to gain any traction

I don't see it. I wouldn't develop a name like this with so many better names out there tied to high search terms.

Good luck, I'll await your reply that I'm wrong.

Brandable domains require millions. Generics tied to high search terms, at least you have hope of getting some traction.

i can't say you are wrong, you are completely right. but the truth is you missed something here...
when i decided to develop that domain i didn't take that decision because i was completely sure about i will build the most successful huge ring tones site ..
The fact is iam programmer and designer, so all i need is nice domain which the normal people and the normal visitors like it, then i work very hard to program and design unique layout for it.
And after that i just will accept the result !!.... i mean if it was profitable site and got succeed then it is cool, i didn't lose any thing, and i got profitable business..... and if it wasn't so much successful for me then i will sell it...
And since the people like the domain and they will see unique programming and unique nice design, then they will pay so much good price for it , right ?:)
So basically i will earn something good in the both cases !!. Tell me if iam wrong about this !

I am also a coder. I build my own websites. It costs nothing, I get that.

However, I'm also telling you that opportunity costs are involved....your time could be better spent..... Every day, there are 100s of "local" domains that drop where you could build a directory in a day or two and launch sites as an assembly line. In some cases, these domains rank well because they were previously developed.

I would think that has a better chance of earning money (in the long run).

Spot on comments.
I would rather buy a 3 word hyphenated .info than most of these names.

as to making money from ringtones.
A fellow np'er owns Ringtone.?? << MAJOR xxTLD < and he still after years of promotions can't make much money even in his native country.

my value $10

on that time i was trying to find nice rhyme domains :)

The rhyme thing isnt working for you... I see zero value in this name. Domains dont have to ryhme to work, they have to make sense...

Many people here have given good advice but you dont seem to listen, you keep regging worthless names...

That's your problem. Quit registering domains and find some decent buys on the aftermarket. There are great deals out there at the moment.

That's like saying that if I buy enough different car parts at a store, I'll eventually have a complete car. It's better at the beginning to let someone else do the work of building a car, then buy one when it's complete. Then, once you've worked on that car enough, then you can try to restore one. Unless you're really good (or lucky), you won't be able to restore one from the beginning. The same thing with domaining. Sometimes it's better to let someone else have done the picking, then buy the "used" domain at a decent price and develop or flip it.

Good point... I think this applies to about 90% of the new people on here that have recently registered on Namepros..

They are regging HORRIBLE, terrible names, they'd be better off finding deals on the aftermarket, or even in the NP marketplace...

But , I guess, people will continue to think they can find the next hidden gem, when in reality, all the really good .com names have been long gone...The only person these newbies are making rich is Bob Parsons, and his "girls"

don't give up and quit,,,,,, but quit REGISTERING Names before you know what makes a DN good or bad for gods sake,,,,, unless you want to waiste your money.

Good for you , but you might like to try something new.
LISTEN to others that have already have the experience you desire.

Ahem...Since when does "Gong Ring" rhyme?

FYI. FlushCash.com is Avail, That rhymes just as well (and is really not too bad of a domain for irony sake!).
