@TMHPatriot45 A price of $20k for the site is brave, in my view. Unless, you've got some appealing numbers to boast. At face value, I don't see it. The domain on its own is very little value

what @jhm said made me do some digging the domain it self is one month old with 7 Domain authority and 0 Domain reputation so unless you are making revenue from ads or getting serious traffic somehow it is honestly not worth much

I am a man of faith who prays for everyone whom I talk to. when I was doing research when it came to selling domains I have read insane stories on what type of domain names sold for and was astonished at what I read. if those types of domain names can be sold for that much. then by damn I can sell mine for some good money.

success stories in this business are plenty but for every success story there is a million others that failed

Similar thoughts to @noneisnone ...he pulled up the numbers too, there's nothing. The domain isn't strong ...there's nothing to warrant $20k, or anything close

at this point i would honestly advise you to list it on flippa.com and see what happens you never know what kind of offers you might receive(pay the greedy bastards the 10$ nothing more the other 'plans' they have are a marketing scheme)

I deleted all of my content from there this morning. I had content on there like you have no damn idea. I wanted to. save my content. most of the contest was Bible Verses and Essays that I wrote while I was in collage. I had google ads running all over the world daily and was getting a lot of hits.
