Expirefish.com and Unified Names Inc. are frauds.I know people have mentioned this before but I had my saga with them.I just want anyone who does not know about them to realize it.I will never use Registerfly because of their partnership with these people.I just posted this to rant for a minute. I simply hate theives.

They also have a LOST PASSWORD feature in the event your confirmation was caught by a spam filter. Did you try that?

At first I wasn't going to hold registerfly for anything.I wanted expirefish to resolve the issue.I emailed them and that is all they should of needed. I have waited long enough for it to resolved.It is a free country last time I checked.

ok i see what is going on.

I got what I wanted,try better next time......i am no fool.

All of a sudden I get all the email i ever needed from expire fish.

Funny huh


Last post for me thank you those who were sincere and trying to help me.To those at registerfly/expirefish respond next time.

I'm not sure about expiresfish, since I don't use it anymore, but on registerfly, they have a live suport chat window you can use. this seems to get you answers within minutes compared to the support tickets that can take hours.

I think I have it resolved for the moment anyways. I LEARNED ALOT

more than somepeople wanted me too I guess.I will never use expire fish again. They simply suck. I will tell more info soon on this situation.My credit company gave me some info.

I am with RegisterFly Client Care, your account was created the same day(around 2/15) and your info sent to you on that day. Perhaps you never received the confirmation or the confirmation was thrown in a spam folder(this can happen). In looking at your account I noticed no support tickets were raised over this issue. The single email that you addressed to us about 2 hours ago ([email protected]) I replied to and was bounced 15 minutes later.

I did resend out your confirmation again and judging by your response you did receive it. In the future we accept support via live chat, email([email protected] only) and our ticket system. As of March 30th we open our new call center so you will also be able to reach our support staff via phone.

With this I guess you accept the faults of expirefish which I sent many emails.Expirefish which is the primary company I have a issue with.I do thank you and I do like registerfly.

If you purchase the service via our site we normally handle the support. It sounds like their might of been confusion on what party to contact? Either way in the future just contact us at one of the aforementioned ways and we will quickly assist.

I have no issue with registerfly.The main issue is resolved.However there are issues I will address.After complaining on this board I got my expirefish account emails.How did this occurr.Magic I guess.

I feel free since I do live in the U.S.A. I can speak my mind.I can rant wherever I want.There I guess could be a million reasons for the issue I had. It is up tp registerfly to clear up the information.I find it very funny how things clear up when you rant.Howerver,I will not use expirefish.Politics...politics......


I will write my take on this situation soon for those who interested.

It's funny to me how fast I got the information in my email when I posted to this board. I was just ranting at the beginning.Then some people did'nt like me ranting about Expirefish and/or Registerfly. ! WONDER WHY? I even get a message on the board from some registerfly support member.The thing really wrong with this They will try to say it was my fault.Was it? maybe it was but a good business would never say that.Expirefish does not want to lose money and if expirefish loses money so does registerfly. That is what I think. I do have the right to say what I want.If I think I am being taken for a ride I will tell it. So they fixed my problem and I am sure it was my fault. (sarcasm) I can get a many excuses.I will never know which one was right.It probaly was a glitch somewhere.Just respond to emails. non the less I got satisfaction.

i dont know anything about the mentioned companies,
but im curious about your credit card company.

i cant beleive they would not help you, usually u just need to send something in writing, asking for a charge back.

if you pay and dont receive what you paid for , you are 100% in the right. it takes a little while but you should get the money.

ive used this threat many times against companies taking their time to issue a refund. they quickly change and issue.

otherwise they have to pay very high additional costs for the charge back and it hurts their rating. they get enough negative reports and chargebacks, they can no longer use visa or matercard.

all u had to do was, send an email, asking for a refund within 3 days or you will do a charge back. 9 times out of 10, they will refund.


last year networksolutions told me to wait 10-14 working days (almost 3 weeks) for a refund. their billing department was busy. no way was i going to wait that long, eventually after complaining so many times, they issued before the week was over.

Agreed. I had one major complaint with regfly in the past and the ONLY person who seemed to be able to get anything done was Tim Shor. Give him a shout.
