Expirefish.com and Unified Names Inc. are frauds.I know people have mentioned this before but I had my saga with them.I just want anyone who does not know about them to realize it.I will never use Registerfly because of their partnership with these people.I just posted this to rant for a minute. I simply hate theives.

I backordered through them.They took my money and never even sent me a account number or password.I contacted my credit card company and unified names.My credit card compnay said they really couldn't help me.Unified names said nothing.I had no response until today and basically I am out of my money.
Unified names says argisterly.com is who I need to talk too.I don't think they exist or if they do i can not contact them.I got a big run around.It just makes me angry.I am still pursuing this but I doubt if I will get anywhere.Registerfly has yet to respnd to me.

My dealings with RegisterFly is always good, expirefish is a partner. Your issue sounds like a technical glitch. Try [email protected] they should be able to help you out quickly

registerfly is good.The glitch is expire fish.I think there is something wrong there.It wasn't a tech thing I don't think.If it was they should either fix it or refund my money instead of not responding.

You've made some very broad accusations of theft, but not explained how they supposedly did so or what the credit card problem was. As a user, I'd like to know what happened so I can look out for potential problems as well. From the explanation, I don't have a clue. I am curious as to what your real complain is.

I am a good customer of registerfly.com and have been generally please with them. They are sister companies of expirefish and owned by the parnent company unifiednames.com. I have occassionally had unsatisfactory answers from lower support people, but have always had reasonable fixes and resolutions by the apparent owner or manager, Tim Shor. I'd recommend asking for either a supervisor or him if you don't like or agree with the first answer you get.

I have nothing against registerfly except for their connection with expirefish.It is quite simple really They took my money and I got nothing in return.To me that is theft and fraud. I contact them they don't respond.They send one email you will have your info in 5 minutes.5 minutes turned into 5 hours then to 5 days the 5 weeks.

Besides that expire fish is NOT a good service. If registerfly is connected in any way with a business that screwed me over than I wont use them. Broad accusations? Quite to the point I think.

I know RJ I have been trying to contact everyone I could form unified names,registerfly and expirefish.With no response. i am sure some people have had good dealings with these people but some have not, including me.

How long do I suppose to wait?

I've used the fish before but I HAD to have a account set up prior to ordering a name..Fill out your info..pick a user name..choose a password...and submit..are you saying you paid for a account without submitting your info first? Doesn't sound right..Did you try your regfly account info to log-in ?

Search NamePros for "Tim Shor", you'll see similar experiences with Registerfly. From what I know, Tim Shor is the only guy that can actually get anything done about it over there. I've dealt with him in the past on some unrelated issues, and even so the response time was very long. (Up to a week to get a simple reply)

(but my issues were always resolved eventually)

I have dealt with a number of Guys Tim, Paul, Jay and all of them have been good. Most issues they have responded in a few hours 24 hours being the most.
