question I got spam from Registering a DN at Dynadot. How is this possible?

Check privacy setting of that domain. Turn it off

Happens with epik also. Got like 10 emails saying domain isnt registered from that guy

They do it with zone files, or if they don't have access to it directly, they buy the zone files from resellers, there are a few online. And they then perform whois queries in bulk to retrieve the contact emails to send their spam.
Both (zone file = registries/zone files resellers, whois = registries/registrars/whois data providers) strictly forbid it, but they have limited power to restrict it so not much action is taken against them. I'm sure one day it will cease though, or they won't find any value in sending spam anymore (because there is none)
