So I got incredibly lucky with a domain name. I just so happen to think of a product and I typed it in expireddomains and I saw the .net version of it. So I went to Sedo and I typed it in there looking for the .com name. The listing "Buy It Now" price was approximately $300. I looked at it 3-4 times thinking "this can't be right" because I didn't believe the price was that cheap. I thought it was an error. So i checked Afternic and individual registrars and saw the same prices (approximately). Needless to say I bought it.

This is an exact match domain name with
Decent search traffic (approximately 14,800 searches)
An Estibot value of $85,000
And signs of direct type-in traffic (people type www "keyword" com) 20 traffic

im extremely satisfied. I just didn't understand how something like this went under the radar with all the domain tools out there.

I cant share the actual domain name.

Success is in selling, not in buying. Now post the .NET or the $300 .COM or the 15 TLDs in the reported sales thread and come back to me if you don't get at least 50 likes on your post.

There are some good deals here and there, like on the .CA thread, a member picked up RUF.ca for $90 on Sedo, which is obviously well below market.

yes i know the feeling. I regged a single domain in 15 different gtlds and am NOT saying what it is, and man alive some of these people r nasty if you dont spill the beans to them. its not curiosity, its so they can sling crap at u when they read it even if its bad or good domain, many domainers r a vindictive bunch sitting all day long at a pc jealous of guys like rs and fs successes. there r many decent people who actually enjoy hearing about other people success but many r ruthless and hate to see people do well. simply laugh them off, dont let some git get to you on a forum as they r simply not worth the effort, move on and get used to the abuse as its common and forget them. imo.

funny stuff coming from a desert vulture with so called PREMIUM domains, lol
Yes, the Premium Domains that sells every week. I mean every damn week. Unlike your 15 ghost TLDs that will never get a look in 100 years :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
