I got this situation that a buyer bought 2, soon to expire, domains, payed for them, but didn't send any account information.

I've sent him several massages telling him the domains will expire soon, so I need is infomation ASAP, or I will be unable to complete the trasaction.

Up till now, I didn't got any response, and 1 domain already expired, so it's a dud now, and I'll probably won't get payment for it, as I will need to refund.

I've tried now sending him a massage thourgh his paypal account, to check if for some reason he didn't get my massges thourgh his ebay email.

What is the correct way to handle this situation? I realy don't know...
I don't understand why he hasn't contact me up till know (few days).
If I just refund and relist it's a high probabilty I will get a neg, and if I don't, the domains will be worthless soon, and i'm skeptical he would be intersted in paying the renewal. Catch 22.

A good advice is needed form an experienced seller.
Thanks.

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of years ago.
I contacted the buyer several times (as you have done); but no response.
I kept his money and let the name expire so that I couldn't be seen to be taking advantage of the situation. I never heard anything else from him or eBay.
If you do get a negative feedback, just contact eBay and they will have it removed.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Ralph.
