I recently dumped Sedo and created starter/for sale pages on GoDaddy. Does anyone have any thoughts/input based on past experience with respect to monetization. The websites are in my signature, take a look...I'm looking for constructive advise.

The starter/sale pages don't look very good, having godaddy ads all along the top. Check out Noomle.com. They have professional looking templates and the service is free. It also has a contact form for potential buyers to contact you. Tell em Blitz sent you :) Good luck

KDRGators,

I have started making some mini-sites with the free pages as well. One thing you might consider is choosing a wider template choice in website tonight. Another tip is to look for a pre-filled out template and edit out the content. One limit to the free version is the 5 page limit, but we'll see how some of them turn out.

Here is one I just finished : FreeFastWebsite.com. I think if you open it up in another window and compare it to yours, you might see that the ad on top looks less imposing if the template is wider. Good luck with it.

KDRGators,

Thanks, I think the wider template will help you. I'm waiting to see how well they do in the SERP's.

To be fair, there are plenty of good resellers for GoDaddy out there (and other companies for that matter).

Good luck with your pages.
