I Didn't Receive My Last Google AdSense Check?

I've been keeping my Google Adsense earnings on hold in my account for several months because of my unstable address.

A few months ago I was abroad on holiday and somehow Google initiated payment and sent me a check (I don't know how this happened because it was supposed to be on hold).

Well, that's according to my account where it says a check was sent.

But I never received the check.

How do I contact Google and tell them to refund my account with the earnings that was never sent to me? Is this even possible?
