I captured .com while same in .net redirecting to formula1.com

I Just successfully captured an aged(reg in 2004) domain (formula1****.com). Its other versions .net and .info (both registered in 2009) of the same domain are redirecting to formula1.com. I have no idea whether formula1****.net and info are really a property of formula1.
What will be the chances to sell .com to formula1 if formula1 owns .net and .info.
Also what will be the scnerio if formula1**** is a trademark. Can I consider formula1**** a great asset for me right now?
I will appreciate your replies and suggestions.

registering for own usage (ie. a blog about f1 records) with registering to resale are two different things

So many names to find and buy without all the baggage. Why waste your effort on something like this? It gets pretty stressful when you start getting the cease and desist emails and registered mail threats.

If you want to develop something, find a topic you have genuine interest in and build something fun.

Note that to be on the safe side, during the ownership of your blog about a TMed term you need to never show that you had any profit out of it and in general you don't confused anyone with what you show up in your blog regarding the TMed term.

Note also that what I say is just my opinion on the matter. I have no proper knowledge of the TM laws and you should seek professional opinion if you want to be 100% sure.

They might set this redirect for SEO purpose, to inflate/fake SEO metrics. Are you really sure their owners is F1? Did you check Whois?
