Try to use connecting behind proxy server (us recommended) to test if there is a dns error about your isp, or there is a temporary ip ban for spesific countries etc...

But I changed my IP to one of the newly assigned IP classes in my country and it's working fine now. I think you have the same problem, juanz. Try connecting from a friend's computer or try using proxies.

You r right. Maybe my IP is blacklisted by DG. I am using Dialup so how to use new IP for my computer.

You're probably in a country where Godaddy has blocked it.

If I remember, I used not to be able to access GoDaddy because of this IP blocking thing. I wrote GoDaddy through an email. I think I used sales[at]Gd.

The problem was resolved. It seems that they unblock the IP. The reason most likely is credit card fraud.

Although GD did not block my IP, it is very slow to access GD site. It always seems to stop to load.

These kind of problems generally happen because some smart guys hack and take control of the computers connected to the internet with that ip range and use them to attack the servers of Godaddy... They do not block your account, they block the ip range.
In that case Godaddy is doing the right thing to protect their server from dos attacks

Problem solved. I am using new proxy ip. I tried reach at highly secured ISDN or broadband connection at my office and it worked.
