I bought Little.com domain name and the seller pushed the domain name into my NetworkSolutions account.

And yesterday I tried to access my Networksolutions account but is has denied to access.

the password is changed.




And the whois information has changed.




My domain name is stolen.




Please help me. please please....

How did you try and contact them? Web.com (owner of NetSol) is a pretty big company and something like this would be important to them. I don't see it being something they would just throw under the rug and take days to respond about. You are either not calling them on the right now, or not explaining the situation properly. The first thing I would do is demand they temporary suspend it so nobody has access. Then, you can work on getting whatever verification stuff they need worked out.

I'm going to speculate that the theft emailed a keystroke logger malware to the OP / new owner of little.com. It got "activated" and sent the account details to the the thief.

Is going to end up losing everything in their bank account. By the way? I didn't come up with the name Nigerian scam its a well known scam. And yes it did start in Nigeria. And this thread I feel is like that. Where this person might ask you "hold" on to some money or whatever. Then wam! They've got your account! It's happened plenty of times on the news. Try to get help from @Mauli Fry (Escrow.com representative in NamePros). If Escrow.com is able to cancel the wire transfer, you are good.

Notsol is not the easiest group to work with.

They have the tendency to redirect domains that get traffic to their shady ad networks that they have partnerships with.

You call them, and they have no idea what you are talking about until you show them you know what the he** you are talking about. Then mysteriously the problem will get resolved.

I phone called several times and they said always it's escalated and will contact me.
But they never contacted me.

So I ask to my friend John Daly who running nameconnect.com
And he contact to netsol.
And current owner has disputed me and got the name.
And I disputed on the name too.
So two parties dispute the domain.
I already sent Escrow.com transaction screenshots.
And netsol said to me i need to report police.
But I don't know the seller's bank location and Escrow.com said cannot send me the seller's bank info.
So I'm very confused and disappointed.
I don't know what I have to do next...

I thing 99% you lost your money..remaining 1% chance is to get bank details of this scammer/seller, if you can get this info then hire local lawyer from place where physically this bank located so lawyer can make compaint directly to receipt bank and to local police where this bank located but I thing scammer already withdrawn money so only your hopes on local police..but question will they do something without court order or not..if no, then you need to sue the recipient of the payment..so if theoretically you won this court after some months, it will mean that scammer will go to jail as this is criminal what he did..so why you thing he will return any money if he will go in any case to jail? Better he will pay this money "unofficially" to officials to close this case than to you, especially if it's 3rd world countiers where you can buy anything and get any court decisions.

My advise to buyers to avoid in future such situations is always make some investiogation prior purchase of expensive domains, at least to make phone call to seller for verification on legitimacy, check whois history, etc as this is not escrow companies job to make guarantee that your domain is 100% safe and not stolen.
Just my 2 cents.

I would say it`s an Escrow.com problem. How they will not assist in this is beyond me in every way. If they have any info that could help and they do not want to give the info, than Escrow.com should conduct their own investigation to clear their name form any liability. Again, who protects me the buyer if not Escrow.com?

I only did not like how @Avtar629 put it but your case is somehow suspicious. You joined this forum yesterday and the first thing you are coming up with is a stolen domain. Did you join the forum because of a stolen domain or what? Could you please give us your real name and other domains you own?

The buyer has got the domain in his registrar account (he has, right?). Then he has lost the access to his registrar account (password, email hacked?). This looks to be out of scope of the Escrow's responsibility (besides providing the deal confirmation documents for the sake of recovering the access to the account/domain). However, if Escrow has released funds to the seller prior to the confirmation from the buyer, then this is another part of the problem. But I can't understand from this thread if this is the case. Am I missing something?

I phone called several times and they said always it's escalated and will contact me.
But they never contacted me.

So I ask to my friend John Daly who running nameconnect.com
And he contact to netsol.
And current owner has disputed me and got the name.
And I disputed on the name too.
So two parties dispute the domain.

And netsol said to me i need to report police.

What good is escrow.com if they released the money without confirmation that the buyer has the name in his account.? Should Escrow.com send a email asking the buyer to confirm that the domain is in his account and he can open his account showing the domain is there? Once the buyer sends approval of that it would wave all liability by escrow.com. If it was me the course of action would be toward Escrow.com who should have the buyers back as well as they would the seller and this looks to be a loop hole that Escrow.com should look into if this really happen the way posted.

In my last experience as a seller with escrow they wouldn't release funds till they verified the domain name was in the buyers account. The buyer had accepted the name and used privacy right away which they agreed to make public for a few min. For the confirmation.
