.... how do I find out the value before i buy it? Bounce it off the group here? If so, what forum? I feel like I am being "sucked" into this craze and want to make sure I am not buying something in a drunken state

I don't know about accuracy but it's RJ's tool so I think he did it pretty well.

Try home as the key word and not homes as most poeple looking for a home would.

As for the DNA tool, it's just a tool. Be creative with it and compare similar domains. Also, asking via PM to members you trust for opinions on value is cool too. Don't get pulled into a appraisal sceme or anything like that ether.
