Well here's the thing...there is NO proof of ghosts, however even though I'm a skeptic about most things I do believe they exist and here's why..
There IS evidence, and plenty of it if you look for it.
See there are 1000's of videos and photos that are supposed to show ghosts but video and pictures can easily be faked or misinterpreted. It's just not reliable evidence.
The REAL evidence of ghosts isn't in videos or in photographs. No, the real evidence is is people's accounts, their experiences.
Now I know what you're thinking...you're thinking, people make things up, they imagine things, they're mistaken, they're liars, they can't be trusted etc.
Well yes that's true, but not in all cases.
Take ghost hitchikers.
A man is riding his motorcycle, he sees a girl thumbing a lift. He stops, she gets on the back of his bike. He asks her where she's going. She tells him and points straight ahead. After a few minutes he turns and see's that she's disappeared. He's left dazed and confused wondering where the hell she went.
He goes to the police station and hears that this has happened to other bikers, the girl has simply vanished. He learns that a girl was killed on that road and the description of the girl matches the girl he sees in the paper.
To me that's compelling evidence of a ghost as it's happened to others, not just him, AND the dead girl can be identified.
A video or photo simply cannot provide this evidence.
There are 100's of cases like the one above where people are experiencing the same thing again and agin over many years. For a skeptic like myself this is very hard to explain rationally.
Ghost hitchikers interest me. They don't look like your typical transparent ghost. They look solid, they can open doors, talk to you, in fact do everything a living human does.
They are interactive ghosts, they are "live" as in they seem to be aware of their surroundings, they're not a replay or a recording.
I am a firm believer in ghosts.
