BBQ is more of an American activity than a British one. You would have problems with the .co.uk TLD

edit: Actually in all fairness I might have been quick to judge so I wanted to point out that the domain has some potential and as the popularity of people like Bobby Flay and the Food Network continue to sour, this domain will grow in value but due to the ext will always be limited in market to the UK and that does greatly hurt the value.
