Actually, if you did run it as an anti-Google site, they might be disinclined to go after you as they're pretty sensitive to bad publicity right now, given the way they've botched in China.

Of course, I'm not suggesting that anyone runs a site criticising the mighty and munificent Google. No. I'm a good peasant, and I know my place... All hail Google! May its reign last forever!

I don't think its worth quite that... ahem.

As for trademark issues, I was under the impression that so long as content is not casual slander, but presented as opinion, you had free speech rights. Pretty sure that's what helped paypalsucks.com etc.

Have to say 'though the name is funny, I would get rid of it before it becomes a lot more trouble than its worth. Anything you can get for it would be a bonus.

hmm...got some wikipedia things about conflicts in trademarks and domain names.
My decision is not to cancel it.

Definitely don't cancel it. I was being a smartarse about the value, and honestly it's worth nothing ... but if you want to develop it, go ahead, I am 90% sure that Google won't have a problem with it. As long as it's not malicious or slanderous, I don't see why they should.
