I promised myself I would quit buying .ORG's but I just came across this domain and had to have it.

Is there any value in this .org? Maybe it could be a computer support forum, eStore or article site.

Ideally a domain such as this would be used as an instructional portal for, what else? So, the extension is not that far of a stretch unless one intended to setup a commercial price information site, in which case it would be.

$50 to $70 reseller - $150 to $200 end user.

recently this domain was appraised by premiumdomains.com and was awarded as an official "premium domain". Does this mean anything to the value of the domain? If so, how much could I expect to sell it for?

Without development mid XXX. But if I were the owner of that domain, I'l go for its development. That's a good keyword domain. And developing it into a rich content website will bring you more bucks than selling it right away...
