I came across this domain recently and it was one of those domains that stood out to me.
So what do you think?

I really don't like domains that start with "the" unless they are specific to a movie/book title. also, with the .org ext i think it's very low in value. My guess would be low $xx undeveloped.

Yeah. I agree. I don't like "the" too. And extention org is not good too. So, Reg Fee to low $xx

it's a name that wont sell itself..
who is the potential market? php developers? they'll use their own site for blogging or a blogging site..

I think all the *blog*.com sites are only valueable if some buyer is trying to make a blog with serious content and need just the keywords you have in that domain, otherwise they could just make up another similar name like "phpdevblog.com" and reg for $8
