i recently hand-regged bestflexiblemortgage [dot] com because of the PPC value and the term gets some monthly searches... but now i'm at a loss for ideas of what I can throw on it. I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Seems rather obvious - there are mortgage calculator widgets, links to mortgage companies, articles on finding a good mortgage. Pretty narrow topic.
