Mortgage/ Finance Lead generation Site?

I have seen tons of information on how to "buy leads" how "brokers can put up pages to generate leads"...

I have a mortgage-industry domain name which gets several hits a day, which I would like to place a website to collect information and then sell the information to the people that sell the leads-

It seems to be a popular industry- anyone here have a clue where to go from here and develop the domain name?

Ideally, i'd like to partner with LendingTree, E-Loan, or Priceline- I have seen other sites do this- but have no idea where to start in this endeavor.
