domain How would you create more value out of this?

I have an old domain that is coming up on 10 years now. It was used as a traffic exchange many years back and has well over 2,000 back links to it.

It is also ranked as a PR3 domain or at least was now my rankers showing a PR of 0 for some reason.

I am looking to sell this domain name come the time it turns 10 years old on flippa how would you make the value of the domain greater?

It's hard to tell. Still depends on the quality of the domain name.
There's many 10+ years old domain name which BIN are lower than $13 @ Godaddy.

If there is still traffic to it, than you have an easier time. But if not, maybe you can approach traffic exchange companies...the way to sell domains these days (if they are not "premium") is by setting up a site on the domain.

As for the PR, it will be taken off by Google so long as there is no site. If not now than soon enough whatever PR there is, will be lost.

I think firstly you should develop a site from the name, or blog it for yourself, and with google adsense to earn some money, and then sell it for more.:gn:
