I have been wanting to start a couple of local websites that include the city name in the domain.
Most of the .com variations are gone (or for sale at about $800-$1,500) but usually the .net .org. .biz and .us are still there
Is it worth paying $800 to secure a .com domain or go for the $8 .net option?
I have also noticed some outragous asking prices for local domains (my city+keyword.com)
So I have this question if keyword.com sold for $50,000 how much would bigcity+keyword.com be worth? smallcity+keyword.com? bigcity+keyword.net?
