Dude, all those ratings are rubbish. All they do is taking money from you. You have to have your own head and feeling about this business.

You have to understand that when an evaluation is done on a Domain name, it takes limited factors into consideration. First you have to understand that each domain is bought for different reasons/factors.

Does premium domains offer a valueable service? to some extent. But there scoring system is not based on a comparable sales figure.

For instance, a domain scoring 300 does not = $1,000 - a Domain I just sold got a relatively low score, but was sold for just over 3k. Ive also bought domains which score very well, but I realize arent worth more than a few hundred.

Does that mean I dont use their scoring? Absolutely not. I think its a unique tool which gives a single perspective, however not neccesarily a market perspective.

One of the best places to get an idea of what your domain is worth is right here. discuss it in the appraisals thread or even do sales comparables at NameBio.com that will give you a better idea of potential in the market place.

"take it with a grain of salt"

NameBio is a listing of all reported Domain Sales. It is not based on score. You could compare the domain sales to DomainScore, but when we checked to see if there was any correlation between score and price, we couldnt find a true pattern.
