How to work with overture?

Hi everyone, how to be a partner of overture?
I want to help my clients promote their sites, just simply do it from my site directly after they register their domains. And it seems overure is a good choice in this area. I have tried to contact with them many times but without any reply from them.
Any good suggestions?
